of facilities for residents and visitors including children’s’
play parks, scenic coastal and woodland walks, golf, a leisure
centre and many other tourist facilities, some of which

The recently developed
Holywood Exchange also boasts, amongst other large retail
outlets, Northern Irelands only IKEA store, with a coffee
shop overlooking the runway of Belfast City Airport for
a unique shopping day out. Ikea is located a 5 minute drive
away from Braeside Country House.
Holywood is an excellent
location from which to explore North Down and further afield,
with excellent transport facilities in terms of road, bus,
rail, and ferry terminal connection, with the George Best
Belfast City Airport located nearby.
