Accommodation Range and Prices:
 

The varied accommodation offers guests great flexibility and options and is therefore popular with both long and short term self-catering guests, and guests who wish to rent room-only accommodation.

The Cottage is popular with holidaymakers, business people and those staying for long weekends e.g. attending weddings or other functions. The additional rooms provide cottage users the opportunity to extend their accommodation. They can also offer one or two people sharing, who wish to dine out locally, the opportunity to rent a comfortable room as a base from which to enjoy their stay in Holywood. Internet access is available. Room only accommodation is very popular with business people working in the area.

Prices vary according to the number of guests and time of year. At peak times a minimum rental period of one week applies to the Cottage.

Accommodation can be provided for 1 person up to a maximum rental of 10 people sharing (Cottage + 3 rooms).

Guests renting the cottage will be charged at £550.00 for each week of their stay, with additional nights charged at £100.00 per night.

Cottage guests renting extra room(s) will be charged at £200.00 per each week of their stay, with additional nights charged at the regular room rates.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or visa. We accept the following card types:

A deposit of 15% is required to secure all bookings.
