Kitchen

The Kitchen has recently been modernised with attractive solid oak units and a large 6 ring gas/electric stainless steel range style cooker.  All modern appliances, crockery, cutlery etc are provided.  Also provided are appliances such as dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer / tumble drying machine.  There is ample space in the Kitchen which also has a breakfast bar for dinning.

Rear BBQ area.

The kitchen opens onto a South facing BBQ area/ small courtyard.  This is a real suntrap and is ideal for relaxing in the good weather.  It is fully tiled with outdoor seating and dining table and has been decorated with plants and greenery.

Bedrooms

Both on the first floor, located at the front and rear of the property, the bedrooms are double rooms with double beds.  There is room for additional fold down beds if required.  The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and all linen is provided.

Storage Room

There is a small carpeted storage room under the eaves of the Cottage which is fully accessible to guests for storage purposes.  This is accessed by a small permanent stair/ladder from the first floor landing and can provide valuable additional space if required.
